Early Brass Frame Henry Rifle (W6834)

Early Brass Frame Henry Rifle. Serial number 235 made in 1860. Nice sharp gun with a smooth brown patina. Barrel has crisp edges with traces of blue in the flutes. Brass is untouched and has a dark mustard color patina. Action works perfectly, and the bore has strong rifling with spots of pitting. Wood is very good; tow of butt plate has a professional repair. Gun is all matching. Very fine early Henry that has all of the early features. A great early gun!
